How to deal with domestic violence, death of a tenant, and abandoned property (including vehicles). If you don’t know the proper way to handle these situations it can be very costly. In most cases you won’t have time to learn these requirements after the fact and still meet the legally required time limits. We will cover the laws surrounding these situations and teach you the best way to handle them, including the proper forms to use.
This class qualifies for 3 CE hours with the Oregon Real Estate Licensing Agency. CE credits available for licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers at an additional cost. Don’t forget to select the CE Credits add-on option when registering.

There will be scheduled Q&A breaks during the class, but if we can’t get to your questions during class we always stick around to answer questions for up to 15 minutes after the class ends.
