The city of Portland has awarded RPM Education and Christian Bryant an education grant to provide two full-day and six 2-hour classes free to the public. Subjects include the new state law, SB 608; and city of Portland laws establishing relocation fees, rental property registration/fees, and the FAIR ordinance (screening criteria and security deposit reform). Links for more details and registration for each of these classes are below. We have room for up to 100 people at each class, but a couple are already close to being full. Register sooner than later.
