Whether you are new to property management or you are experienced this class is for you. This class will be a 3-hour review of the landlord tenant laws that every landlord needs to know and have their memory refreshed on as well as an update on new and/or potential upcoming laws in Oregon and the city of Portland. We will cover the most common issues a landlord encounters from preparing your unit, screening, inspections, repairs, common violations, and the move out.

This class qualifies for 3 CE hours with the Oregon Real Estate Licensing Agency. CE credits available for licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers at an additional cost. Don’t forget to select the CE Credits add-on option when registering.

There will be scheduled Q&A breaks during the class, but if we can’t get to your questions during class we always stick around to answer questions for up to 15 minutes after the class ends.
